Not perfect

An enjoyable story but not outstanding. Interesting characters in a predictable world. Entertaining but not enough to listen to it again.

Omg so good

So Sullivan is my favourite author atm and I’m totally in love with all his books. I honestly can’t get enough of these books. It’s my second time going through the series and just in time for he fourth book of Chronicles <3 #Audible1

I knew I'm embarking on a long journey but didn't realize the start would be so good!

it's the kind of story you love learning more about, the kind you can't put down and the kind you hope it doesn't stop.

Great!

This was my first fictional book I listened to so the narrator took some getting used to but now I love all the voices he does. The story was gripping and the characters were likable and memorable! Nothing I didn't like about this book!

I never comment... But...

Of late I've been listening to quite a few audiobooks, and I haven't been this impressed by one in ages. Great pacing, fantastic voice acting, and a thrilling story that makes you just want to keep listening.

An Epic Listen

I very much enjoyed the narrator of this novel, He did a great job but I think I enjoyed the dramatized adaptation a little more. This series is not one to be missed, very entertaining and well written.

Great Fun!

Absolutely loved the main characters! I started listening to the free Riyria short stories on audible and got hooked on the the duo - enough to purchase the first volume. The first and second book have been fantastic fun to listen to! never a dull moment and moves along at an excellent pace. I'm looking forward to finishing the series!

Just Amazing

I have read all the stories published in the three series and they are so beautifully told, you can't help but fall in love with the characters. As I had read them I talked to my very interested 12 yr old daughter but I couldn't do it justice. So... I signed up with audible and my first spent credit was on the Theft of Swords, the first published book. We listen to it together whenever we can steal some time together and she is really into the book! And so am I (again)! Gerard the narrator brings the story to life when I thought it couldn't get any better. This book has an amazing balance of hardship and triumph and the right tone of humour throughout. Michael Sullivan by far is my favourite author.
