Story
The year 1996 was the one that changed everything for Maggie Dawes. Sent away at 16 to live with an aunt she barely knew in Ocracoke, a remote village on North Carolina’s Outer Banks, she could think only of the friends and family she left behind...until she met Bryce Trickett, one of the few teenagers on the island. Handsome, genuine, and newly admitted to West Point, Bryce showed her how much there was to love about the wind-swept beach town - and introduced her to photography, a passion that would define the rest of her life. By 2019, Maggie is a renowned travel photographer.

Publisher's Summary
Divorced and disillusioned about relationships, Theresa Osborne is jogging when she finds a bottle on the beach. Inside is a letter of love and longing to "Catherine", signed simply "Garrett". Challenged by the mystery and pulled by emotions she doesn't fully understand, Theresa begins a search for this man that will change her life. What happens to her is unexpected, perhaps miraculous - an encounter that embraces all our hopes for finding someone special, for having a love that is timeless and everlasting.
Nicholas Sparks exquisitely chronicles the human heart. In his first best-selling novel, The Notebook, he created a testament to romantic love that touched listeners around the world. Now in this New York Times best-seller, he renews our faith in destiny, in the ability of lovers to find each other no matter where, no matter when.

A Nicholas Sparks gem
We live our life to find love and to spend our days with that love forever. Nicholas Sparks doesn’t write a poor book but takes your heart strings and lovingly shows you the love you have in your heart. Enjoy this marvellous book and then pick up another. My partner says she won’t reading these books because they are sad but I say they allow me to love more with these thoughts of togetherness. Enjoy this and his many other novels so you too can feel love like his books. Good luck
