  • If you are in the middle of an anxiety attack or just feeling stressed, let me read you a story. Let me provide you with a calm place to go. I hope it will help you as much as it will help me.


    I am a veteran who also struggles with anxiety. Working in nuclear power for the Navy put immense pressure on me for perfection. In trying to decompress the weight that once crushed me, stories are a kind of haven. Let me share that with you. Let’s get through this together!
