informative

this was a really good book to describe the sequence of when how why you might seek therapy and to help people feel more comfortable with the idea. I like that the author shared some stories.

Liked the nice voice of Kati and since she's the author, she made the book alive. The way she wanted to convey the message. Recommend to everyone

Ok but not what I expected

I had the idea this was a self help but really it was more of a here are the different services you can go get and lists them all off. There was one long chapter on the different types of practitioners. That’s great for those that can afford it but I’m reading a book for ideas on self help, can’t a therapist. So this book really defeated the purpose for me and I feel I have gained nothing but some info on who to go to if I win a lotto
