Easy listen

Listened to this audio years ago. I find the meditations useful, especially with regular listening. The length of each meditation makes it easy to incorporate into a daily routine.

I LISTEN TO THIS IN MY SLEEP....

I had one of the best sleeps ever listening to this in bed... I will continue this... and listen to more... I woke up feeling super happy also
