"Less is more" - or, more specifically, the less you have to do, the more life you have to live. Efficiency expert Ari Meisel details his "Less Doing" philosophy, which will streamline your life, and make everything easier. In business and our personal lives, it often seems as if the only way to get more done is by putting in more time - more hours at the office, more days running errands. But what if there were a way that we could do less, and free up more time for the things and people we love? If this sounds like what you need, Ari Meisel has the program for you.

inspiring.
this book is exactly what I need to hear when I get ground down by my current job. I'm planning on a jailbreak and this title is a bunch of bedsheets tied together and thrown out a window.

Inspiring
I liked this book a lot as it gave some good points in finding your element, however a pdf of all the exercises and websites would be a great addition as it's annoying to hear the narrator "spell out" the websites and to also stop the narration to bookmark every exercise.

not for audio
I wish I could return this book. It needs to be bought in paper copy to take full advandatge of it or there needs to be a really good pdf. It is probably a really good workbook and this is how it should be advertised.

Too long winded
Found that there too many long winded side bar examples. The book can be condensed considerably. This led to me losing focus /interest several times
