How to Recognize the Trauma We Have Caused.

This audio book was life changing for me. My partner betrayal happens many years ago but it was only through this book, and other podcasts by the author, Carol Sheets, that I was able to recognize the unhealed state my wife has been in.

I can now feel the full brunt of what my selfish actions have put on my wife for all these years and explains why my wife asked for a therapeutic separation.

Now I can finally see that my wife's healing has to come first before there will be any chance of reconciliation for us.

This book plots a step-by-step journey to helping her, and you, the betrayer, heal.

In this audio book you can just hear the love and empathy Carol has put into this work, and her heartfelt desire to heal damaged marriages.

I recommend this book for any couple willing to work towards healing, but also for any husband who is doing the work on himself even though his wife is not, understandably, willing to do the work together at this time. (Like in my case)

I know how much Help Them Heal has benefited me.
