A must-read for all women of conception age

I wish I had bought this book before even beginning to plan our first pregnancy. There is so much you can do to prepare long before conception that is found in this book that is very beneficial. I would recommend this book to women in their 20's as well as their 30's. So much valuable information at every stage of the game and at every age.
