Publisher's Summary

Ravensong is the second book in the Green Creek Series, the beloved fantasy romance sensation by New York Times bestselling author TJ Klune, about love, loyalty, betrayal, and family.

Complex and startling... Green Creek is the perfect setting.” —Charlaine Harris

The Bennett family has a secret: They're not just a family, they're a pack. Ravensong is Gordo Livingstone's story.

Gordo Livingstone never forgot the lessons carved into his skin. Hardened by the betrayal of a pack who left him behind, he sought solace in the garage in his tiny mountain town, vowing never again to involve himself in the affairs of wolves. It should have been enough. And it was, until the wolves came back, and with them, Mark Bennett. In the end, they faced the beast together as a pack... and won.

Now, a year later, Gordo has found himself once again the witch of the Bennett pack. Green Creek has settled after the death of Richard Collins, and Gordo constantly struggles to ignore Mark and the song that howls between them. But time is running out. Something is coming. And this time, it’s crawling from within. Some bonds, no matter how strong, were made to be broken.

The Green Creek Series is for adult listeners.

Left me with CHILLS

These books are just so well crafted! I'm so in love with these characters and their pack. I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy this book as much as the first with this one being in Gordo's perspective, but I might have even enjoyed this one more than the first.

I also have to applaud the narrator. Every character has such a distinct voice and sometimes I forget there's only one narrator.

1000/10

Amazing narrator

Kirt Graves has to be one of the best narrators I have listened to. Although I do wonder why Gordo’s accent isn’t like anyone else who grew up in Green Creek….
My first TJ Klune book was Cerulean Sea and it’s one of my favourites, and this series is just as good.

Two For One

A great sequel novel, however, it's basically 2 novels in one. the first third feels like book 1.5 and I think it would have been a stronger story overall if there was a clearer separation.

splendid older queer romance

i was disappointed when i found out the second book was skipped when the greencreek saga was being produced in audio format. it deviates the most from the formula set by the first book, letting the pacing feel less predictable. the pov character; Gordo is a flawed man with a lot he has to work through and his arc is very compelling. this novel is my favorite of the series.

Green Creek Book 2 - another masterpiece

The Green Creek series by TJ Klune is simply exceptional. I don't often read books more than once, let alone read and then listen to over and over. Klune weaves so much love and pain and heartache into each book - this being the story of Mark and Gordo. A story of resisting what the heart wants out of fear of being hurt again. A story of love and trust and childhood love.

Again, the narrator does a truly phenomenal job of differentiating between the characters - linking the voices of family members in a way that shouldn't be possible.

I'll never tire of this series. Absolutely one of my all time favorites!

Do yourself a favour and give this series a try. I can almost promise you that you'll fall as hard as I did. 💙

This book makes me feel.

I Love this book series. After listening to the second book in the series I know for certain it is one of my favourites. There have been very few books that have effected me on such an emotional level, it is fabulously written. This Achillean romance series brings with it sadness and tragedy, violence and action, family and bonds, love and hope. Let’s not forget witch’s, werewolves and magic in a modern day settings.
