5 star read

-It's okay to be who you are-
Matt haigs the comfort book was a healing book for me it taught me alot and had so many beautiful quotes. If you are struggling like I am I Definitely recommend this
×to be is to let go×
×Give yourself some love you cannot change the past×
No physical appearance is worth not eating pasta for
Life is short be kind
You don't stop the rain by telling it to stop sometimes you have to let it pour
You are not the rain

This was a book I definitely could not put down definitely recommend!

Everything I didn’t know I needed to hear

The name is in the title. “The Comfort Book.” I did find this comforting. It was exactly what I didn’t know I needed to hear. I’ll be listening to it again for sure.

A book for people who are feeling somewhat down to those that suffer from depression I believe will benefit from this book.

Thank you for writing this book. I bought copies for my daughters and for friends. A book that the author has written with honesty and humility. A book to help us get through some of the roughest times.

When you’re feeling down

The name suits this book perfectly :) when you’re having a rough night, or day, and you listen to at least a couple of minutes of this book a day it will really change your perspective, and give you that little bit of hope we all need each day ! Matt Haig is amazing, and I love that he’s the one that walks us through these little anecdotes, recipes, and stories to get us through those rainy days

would have been better as a printed book

One of those few times that I think the medium would be better as a printed book, it did not work well as an audio. Sound quality was variable (although this was explained at the end of the book)

Meh, kind of cheesy

It was alright but a bit cheesy and pretentious. A lot of pretty fluff but not a lot of substance.
