Great accompaniment to the app!

The person reading in the sample (taken from the introduction) is a little difficult to understand, but the person who reads the main book is excellent. The book ties in with the app really well. If you are already a member of Noom or if you are just interested in learning more about their philosophy, I'd recommend this book.
