Anne Erni joined Audible as Chief People Officer in 2016. Since joining, she integrated Audible's People Principles throughout the employee journey, modernised HR technology, and strengthened talent systems. Anne also oversees workplace experience across the company’s global hubs. She previously served as Head of Human Resources at Bloomberg L.P., where her passion for nurturing talent led to the creation of Bloomberg's Global Leadership Forum. Before Bloomberg, Anne was Managing Director and Chief Diversity Officer at Lehman Brothers. She also has extensive experience in financial services. A New Jersey native, Anne holds a BA and MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
