I felt it was supposed to be funny and witty but the story fell very short. I did prefer coppers POV as felt it was not so scattered. The beginning felt very rushed I don’t like how he barged into the kids lives. It did get better half way threw. I felt like the plot was under developed as were the characters.

Started with the This is series and wanted to hear the story that started it. No idea how the characters even got to know each other let alone why they were suddenly touching and then….

The « babe » killed it for me! I just didn’t understand why suddently he’s all over her in 2 seconds when the minute before they hated each other. I just didn’t finish it.
