Jeannie Fulbright is a certified Christian Life Coach and a mother of four with a love for God’s Word, her family, homeschooling and encouraging parents and teens to pursue their calling with passion and purpose. Her oldest daughter graduated from homeschooling in 2012, attended the University of Georgia on scholarship and graduated from UGA Magna Cum Laude. Jeannie's younger three children are attending the University of Georgia on scholarship. Jeannie earned her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Fairfield University. She and her husband Jeff, a practicing lawyer, lived in Texas and California before settling in Georgia. Jeannie began speaking and writing in college as a sportscaster for the University of Texas radio and a headline writer with the Daily Texan. Since then, she has focused on building up the Christian community through teaching marriage classes with her husband and writing Bible studies. For years Jeannie has enriched and ministered to the homeschool community through speaking at conventions, blogging, writing articles for various publications and authoring a best-selling elementary science series. After her homeschool journey began, Jeannie discerned an immense need for Creation-based, scientifically sound, engaging and easy-to-use science curricula. Her background in science at the University of Texas, as well as her writing experience, inspired her to create the Apologia Young Explorer courses. To make the homeschool journey even easier, Jeannie has recorded audios for almost all of her textbooks. Currently, she is creating College Yes U, a series of books to help students not only navigate high school and the tricky college admissions process, but to succeed in college once they've landed on campus. In her limited spare time, Jeannie dabbles in fiction, penning novels in several genres.
