Tricia’s history includes a career in finance, CEO of Crossing Arrows, founder of Beauty in Everything Foundation, and adoption advocate. Tricia has a Master’s in Business from Stephens College. Her nonprofit, the Beauty in Everything Foundation, found at www.beautyineverything.org, is committed to the development of girls and young women by giving them access to resources and the tools girls need to thrive.
