Did you know?

As an Audible member, every month you will receive credit(s) with your membership. Each credit can then be redeemed for any audiobook on the Audible site, regardless of its original price!
Credits are applied during the checkout phase and will bring your subtotal to CDN $0.00, so long as the amount of audiobooks being purchased do not exceed the amount of credits being used. This is a great way to save money on our audiobooks, many of which would normally exceed the cost of a credit!

As an Audible member, we understand that there may be times when you can't keep up with your credits. The great news is we’ve got this covered for you as we do not require you to use all of your monthly credits. Your membership allows you to hold onto unused credits so that you may use them when you find your next great listen. These stored credits are "rolled over" to your next billing cycle. Depending on the plan you are subscribed to, the total amount of stored (or rolled over) credits may vary.
Caution: There is not a limit of how many credits a member can have on their account at one time; however, credits will expire in 12 months once received. If a membership plan is cancelled, you automatically lose any unspent credits (excluding Gift membership credits) still in your account at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you have run out of credits for your membership before your renewal, you can purchase a 3 credit bundle at a discounted rate, even if you’re on a Gift Membership! To do this, please click on the option ‘Buy 3 extra credits’ available to you on the at the top-right of your home-page.
Please Note: This option is only available if you meet the below criteria:
  • You have been a member for at least 60 days
  • You have one or zero credits left on your account
  • Your account has been in good standing for the last 3 month
  • Your account must be active and not on Hiatus/Pause
If you meet all of the above criteria and still do not have the option to purchase the extra credit bundle, please contact us directly below.

If you’re having issues redeeming a promo code, it may not have worked for one of the following reasons:
  • The promo code was not entered on the redemption page.
  • The promo code was entered incorrectly.
  • Your promotional code expired.
  • You are ineligible for the offer.
  • It has already been redeemed.
