I purchased this book in both the Kindle and Audible versions and 5 stars for both. What a huge amount of information on how to eat and supplement your diet to keep your mind sharp and alert. I've started with several supplements and have noticed a significant improvement in my focus and also when I forget or don't take them the fog and distraction when I don't. I also have noticed that days when I follow the Bulletproof diet I don't feel as bloated. Will be continuing on with this program.
My only wish/suggestion is that there would be a table of contents/chapter listing of what is covered in each chapter to make it easier to tab through to review specific information.
