I hate to admit it, but at one point in my life I was a "Nice Guy." The guy who doesn't get what he wants in life and hopes that everything turns out okay. Luckily, I was able to leave this phase. However, I still hold some of the bad habits mentioned in the books. When I realized what these habits were and how they formulated, it opened my eyes of years of suffering as a "Nice Guy." What's even more delightful about the book is the exercises you get to solve the Nice Guy symptoms. This is a book I wish I had read when I was younger. For any males struggling to live a fulfilling life, this book will give you the start, but it's up to you to translate this into action.
