4.0 out of 5 starsBrilliance Disillusion Realisation
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on June 6, 2019
Presley Harper's our heroine is potentially a brilliant worker. She is attractive and intelligent. Her foremost career aim is to get an executive position at the prestigious Aspen Hotel chain. And along with three other candidates she is selected to become an unpaid intern for three months. She is exceptionally mentored by CEO Dominic Aspen. But after a successful chance dinner with billionaire Dominic and a client, Presley is persuaded to be arm candy and act as Dominic's girlfriend for two weeks so he can win a huge contract.
Fact is, Presley is concerned about the ethics of her deal with Dominic away from the office and the future consequences. But she especially needs the attendance payments she will get to pay for her brother's ballet education and to eat. She also needs to ace her internment so she can finally get off her friend's couch and buy her own apartment.
Dominic and Presley feel some attraction to each other, but Dominic is not interested in a exclusive relationships and is rumoured to hire escorts. So Presley tells him she will not go to bed with him. Yet Dominic has his secrets and particularly keeps his work and home life separate. Only his deputy executive knows that he is single parent bringing up twin girls.
This story is easy to read and written from both Dominic and Presley's point of view. I recommend this as a worth while read.
It's hot its sexy is the gorgeous Alpha Billionaire Dominic Aspen. 26 year old single dad of twin girls. Intense, hard-working super private CEO.
Then introduce the intern Presley Harper, who throws Dominic off his carefully controlled life, into a whirlwind of emotions. She's hot, intelligent, hard-working, loyal and sassy. But she's also level headed and strong in carrying both herself and her brother financially, and mature for her age.
There's teasing, down right HOT chemistry, lots of witty remarks and innuendo's. Presley tests all of Dominics control when he has to work closely to her. But how long can Dominic fight his attraction towards Presley?
Rollercoaster of emotions and a long journey ahead for both. What will be the outcome when trust is misplaced?
A cliffhanger ending, so make sure you have Seven Nights of Sin on the side.
Thank you Kendall Ryan for a fabulous start to a great love story.
There wasn't much to it, they meet they straight away like each other, she has a big iner diolog about being perfessional then kisses him, more iner diolog about bein perfessional n then pretends to b his gf for money, he treats her like shit n she's desided to to stick to bein perfessional then has sex with him lol it just wasn't my kinda book,I like a mc with a back bone and I like that feeling when you really wanna no what happens next, this book you really did no wht was going to happen next, just too predictable.
First of all this book ends with a cliff hanger so you need to buy the second one to see what happens. I would have liked to have been warned about this before I purchased it. However in saying that the story was excellent with great characters and one I enjoyed.
Kendall ryan writes the best books ever they make u swoon cry laugh and just plain old excited to read one chapter after another and ur hooked from start to finish loved this one can wait to read the second part xxxx

Well, I've read almost every novel that Kendall has written so far... but this one? It's not her best. I don't recognise her writing style. I don't understand the character's motivation and drive, nor their goals. Both protagonists endlessly deliberate what to do, are endlessly disapppointed, and then do exactly what they wanted to avoid. Hm.
Furthermore, this is just 50% of the story... it's significantly shorter than Kendall's novels which were published before. And it stops mid-story, and we need to wait for the sequel??? The new book in the series repeats the same problem, but not in 14 but 7 days. Hmmm. Not great. I read this in under an hour, and I feel betrayed. It's not a full novel at all.
All in all, this might be written by a ghostwriter. But not a good one.
The Two Week Arrangement is book 1 in the ‘Penthouse Affair’ series, I could not wait to get my hands on this story; once I started I couldn’t put it down reading into the early hours of the morning.
Dominic is the CEO and he likes to keep his private life private which is why no one but his VP knows about the 2 girls at home that mean the world to him. When the new influx of interns arrive in their office he is taken by how gorgeous and smart Presley is and knows that his attraction to her is going to be the downfall.
Both guarding secrets they continue to hold back and when those secrets come to light and everything is destroyed Presley gets herself into a dangerous situation that leads to her reaching out to the 1 person that has washed his hands of her.
While this story does leave you hanging, I personally loved it. The banter between Dominic and Presley not only is smart but sexy. Flirting their way through their two week arrangement; I cannot wait to get my hands on Seven Nights of Sin.
The two week arrangement is the first book in a new series by Kendall and it’s a must read story😍 Kendall keeps the story fast paced and also inserts enough drama and intrigue to keep you hooked😁 Presley is starting an internship sat the one place she’s always wanted to work, Aspen Hotels. Out of thousands of applicants, she is chosen as one of four to attend. Surprisingly, she’s assigned as an intern to Dominic the CEO, and their relationship quickly becomes more than just that of boss and employee. Finishes on a bit of a cliffhanger but I’m looking forward to seeing how things unfold❣️
