Histoire
Harriet Westaway - better known as Hal - makes ends meet as a tarot reader, but she doesn’t believe in the power of her trade. On a day that begins like any other, she receives a mysterious and unexpected letter bequeathing her a substantial inheritance. She realizes quickly that the letter was sent to the wrong person - but she also knows that she can use her cold-reading skills to potentially claim the money. Hal attends the funeral of the deceased and meets the family...but it dawns on her that there is something very, very wrong about this strange situation.

I was 100% hooked before chapter one even started. 10/10 would read again. Imogen Church is one of my absolute favourite narrators and she blew me away with this performance as usual.

In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by 12 outlying districts. The version is so amazing. I’m not usually a fan of first person POV but audiobook format is the way to go for this type. It feels like someone telling you their life story and it’s amazing.
Tatiana Maslany IS Katniss. She is perfect. If they don’t get her to do Catching Fire and Mockingjay I will riot.

Histoire
One of Jane Austen’s most beloved works, Pride and Prejudice, is vividly brought to life by Academy Award nominee Rosamund Pike ( Gone Girl). In her bright and energetic performance of this British classic, she expertly captures Austen’s signature wit and tone. Her attention to detail, her literary background, and her performance in the 2005 feature film version of the novel provide the perfect foundation from which to convey the story of Elizabeth Bennet, her four sisters, and the inimitable Mr. Darcy.

Absolutely Fantastic

I have tried many, many times to read Jane Austen's novels and couldn't get past the language of the age. With the audio book though, it was so much easier to get into the story. Rosamund PIke does a fantastic job bringing all the characters to life. I could not put this down. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
