Welcome to Derry, Maine. It's a small city, a place as hauntingly familiar as your own hometown. Only in Derry the haunting is real. They were seven teenagers when they first stumbled upon the horror. Now they are grown-up men and women who have gone out into the big world to gain success and happiness. But the promise they made 28 years ago calls them to reunite in the same place where, as teenagers, they battled an evil creature that preyed on the city's children.
Great book to start listening from audible

Man...I didn’t realize what a tough book this was to enjoy. The story is great, but honestly the writing wasn’t nearly as good as I was expecting. The narrator did a good job given what he had to work with.

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck
- A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life
- Auteur(s): Mark Manson
- Narrateur(s): Roger Wayne
- Durée: 5 h et 17 min
- Version intégrale
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.
Vraiment intéressant, fait beaucoup réfléchir!

It’s exactly what you likely expect, and that’s a good thing. The language doesn’t let up terribly throughout, but the perspective is interesting and useful. Well worth checking out.
