He makes a great case for digging in and doing the work of constantly reaching out for more prospects. The value, the need, and getting yourself there.
I disagree that you will always have to force yourself. I think that if you are using willpower to get yourself to do the work, you will burn out. You may not love it, but you don't have to dislike it. There are tools to shift the mindset and conditioning associated with prospecting, so I disagree with the author. However aside from that one point. I really enjoyed this. #Audible1

I loved the fact that Mike weaves in some extra nuggets only for the audio version, and that he speaks conversationally with them. I felt as though he was right there.
The system is brilliant, simple yet able to expand out to cover everyone from the startup solopreneure to large corporations and making sure there are funds for what is required for the business. This system will change your profitability! #Audible1

My only complaint is that I wanted there to be more lectures. I was drawn in by the presenter and his style is enthusiastic and engaging. Loved all of it. #Audible1

I am so glad that I got this one on audio instead of a book, listening to him deliver the closes gives you so much more information to be able to apply his techniques. While it is geared to high ticked corporate style sales, there are some great ideas that can be applied to any kind of selling. #Audible1

Granted, I am a huge fan of the Under The Influence podcast, so I was really looking forward to this on #Audible1. But I think even if you are not, you will get so much out of the stories and be able to take your marketing up a notch or two with the information that is mostly learned through story. Given that story marketing is now the way to get noticed, you will want to listen to this one!

The stories and examples in this book are fantastic. I really loved how they highlighted the learning so perfectly for how to make your business or product more contagious. It is partly luck to have something go 'viral' but having an eye to what is catchy can definitely boost your visibility and sales.

I think my favourite story is the hidden bar Please Don't Tell. Brilliant marketing idea. #Audible1

I loved this book, Jane is such a captivating storyteller and narrator. You are drawn into her life and feel like you are standing beside her through all of it.

It really needs another edit to remove the many times there is a 5-15 second repeat of the audio. There are about a dozen spots in the book where this happens and is distracting.

Be aware that while there are some good nuggets in this book it is also full of his huge ego and loads of push for other books and products. The first hour of audio is a total ego trip with zero content.

Best takeaway: be willing to hold the client to the close, believe they will close.

Most heart-based entrepreneurs will have a hard time implementing the way it is presented. His techniques will work well for a narcissist.
