As a fan of everything Dark Tower I really enjoyed all the tie ins. Almost like a cross between a crime thriller like Mr Mercedes and a Dark Tower novel that makes for an enjoyable read. Not to be a broken record as I mentioned my issues with Richards character use in the first book the Talisman but now Richard isn't even a part of Jacks life which means he's still never played an "important" part to Jacks story. Also *spoilers I really wish Henry didn't die

I really enjoyed this one, I can't believe it took me so long to finally read it. I've owned it I'm soft cover for years and never got around to reading. What a waste cause it's wonderful journey to go on with Jack with lots of fun twists and turns.

*Spoilers Below*
My only critique and why I didn't give it 5 stars is the ending. It makes a big deal about how Richard had to come to the house with him cause he had a part to play, Speedy even says to him at one point he has to take Richard in with him because of this. Then Jack drags him all the way into the Black house then proceeds to just drop him at the door as soon as he walks in, and carries on by himself. Then when they leave he practically drags Richard out again down to the beach, where he drops him again, and proceeds to take down the big bad by himself. I kept waiting for Richard to play this "part" they kept talking about but he wasn't much more than a super heavy paper weight on Jack for the most part.

Just when you think you've read Kings best book, you pick up another one. Watched the first season first, listened to this next, lived both. Once you let yourself get into Will's voice he really helps you feel the different characters well I believe.

I also read The Outsider first had no idea that they were even connected, what a pleasant surprise that was. #WorldBuilderKing

The story itself was an interesting concept with lots of potential to explore. unfortunately it just kinda comes up short. It's much quicker than I expected, quite short, and the mystery just seems hollow as it's not much of a mystery

A bit of a slow starter as many King books can be, but once again he draws you in with fantastic characters that you begin to connect with. Next thing you know they are a part of your life and you can't wait for your next reading session. Will Patton couldn't have been more perfect for the characters and this book a truly wonderful listen!

Only so many stories have captivated me across multiple books in a series and managed to take me on an adventure. That's exactly what this series, Sarah Mass, Aelin, and the wonderful Elizabeth Evans. This book was really the pièce de résistance of the series non-stop action from start to a thrilling finish. Throne of Glass now ranks right up there with The Dark Tower and Lord of the Rings as books that truly transported me

Although I still love the early books and Aelin's Assassin adventures this one may be my favourite book in the series so far. A thrill ride from start to finish as the merry band make there way across the continents all leading up to that dramatic finish! Excellent

Still a Great Story

*Spoilers* It was surprising to find out it was a whole book of Chaol and crew but despite no Aelin it was still a great story and a necessary piece to the puzzle. I also loved how it tied in Irene from the Assassin's (pre-book).

A necessary part of the timeline for sure and still an overall excellent book yet not my personal favourite in the series so far. It does what I believe it's aimed at which is to move the story along and set up the next book in the series

My favourite in the throne of glass series so far! After The Dark Tower I didn't honestly believe I would read another series where I'd come to love the characters so much but I have definitely found it again here Sarah Maas doesn't disappoint! Fantastic
