Why do only a few people get to say "I love my job?" It seems unfair that finding fulfillment at work is like winning a lottery; that only a few lucky ones get to feel valued by their organizations, to feel like they belong. Imagine a world where almost everyone wakes up inspired to go to work, feels trusted and valued during the day, then returns home feeling fulfilled. This is not a crazy, idealized notion. Today, in many successful organizations, great leaders are creating environments in which people naturally work together to do remarkable things.

Same issue with every other Simon Sinek book. Don't get me wrong he's great in 30 second clips on Facebook or whatever but when it comes to his books the truth is they just lacks substance.

I've followed Gary for years and i appreciate all the free content. I bought this book nor because I felt I owed him but because I was hoping there'd be more in here than what we see in his videos or hear in the keynotes but nope. Exactly the same stuff not even more in depth. Small amount to pay for the book, I've definitely gained much from his content so I don't mind... but the book itself was meh
