I found the story so original and entertaining. It contains all the elements of sci-fi that I love such as space travel, aliens and new technologies but it’s also a story about people. There’s action, fighting and also character development, relationships and love. Really great overall.

I really enjoyed all aspects of this audiobook. The book itself was really interesting. A dystopian fantasy type of story with a bunch of quirky characters and an interesting yet convoluted plot. The performances were great and brought the characters to life.

Interesting story but I'm just not into it...

When I read the summary and other reviews, I was very excited to get this book. Unfortunately, the story moves slowly and I'm just not getting into it. Its become very hard to finish.

I had read this series as a teenager many, many years ago and I really enjoyed it. I purchased all three books recently for old time's sake and in hindsight, probably shouldn't have done so. The story is good, it contains elements of science fiction, fantasy, and romance. It's also pretty funny. I loved it when I was a teen but now, the book didn't really hold up well - the plot was predictable and bored me somewhat. I still enjoyed listening to the book but some parts were annoying and I fast-forwarded through them. The performance by Traber Burns was great as usual and took nothing away from the experience.

For those who've read this before, my advice would be to keep it to your past and not buy it again. For first-timers, this is classic Piers Anthony but aimed at a younger audience. Happy listening.

I just finished listening to this book and really enjoyed it. I am a big fan of Brandon Sanderson's work and find that he's an excellent writer. The voice performance was great as well. The actor did well voicing the different characters and not make them all sound the same. My only negative would be that the story drags out a bit too long - the book probably could have been a bit shorter and gotten to the point a bit more quickly.

Agent to the Stars was a entertaining and light book. I really enjoyed the story and Wil Wheaton's performance. This a great book to read when on vacation or travelling. No real plot twists or crazy events but still fun.

The story begun in book 1 progresses further and we gain more knowledge of the vast world built be Sanderson. If you want end to end action this book won't be for you. You need patience and an interest in the details of this world to get through this massive effort. I loved it.

Brandon Sanderson has built another complex and thorough world for us to immerse ourselves in. It is complicated but comes together nicely. An excellent book for those of us who enjoy such things.

Guy Gavriel Kay is a terrific author who weaves tales of historical fiction mixed with fantasy. This book is one of his best. Complex, funny at times and poignant.

This is a great book about a future dystopian Earth with lots of references to 80's sci fi TV series. I'm really looking forward the the next one.
