Recent polls show that 71% of workers think about quitting their jobs every day. That number would be shocking-if people actually were quitting. Worse, they go to work, punching time clocks and collecting pay checks, while completely checked out emotionally.

I liked the content. I didn't like the narrator and the when the chapters don't have titles I find it difficult in an audio book to go back and re-review a section like I often do in learning type books.

the book itself have many practical steps I feel is valuable. I'm questioning whether this is the best fit for an audible. while the included pdf did have the necessary reference material I'm not inclined to listen to a book while having paper in front of me. I will likely be getting a hard copy of this book and just using the audible for review.
