This book goes into great detail about all different types of energy, from the amount of energy we get from foods, to the energy produced by power generation and even the amount of energy used to produce many common items. It also goes through the energy production and consumption throughout history.

It's very eye opening to understand the raw energy differences between compatible sources, but it's also rather difficult to take it all in over audio. If you're really into a technical analysis, I'd recommend getting a paper version of this book. If you're looking for an overview, the audio book does an ok job, but it is highly technical with a lot of numbers to keep track of, which is a bit weird to listen to.

A great intro to stoic philosophy, and addressing the common misconceptions around stoicism. The book is a little bit dry at times as it gets a bit academic, but overall I think it does a good job of explaining the key points and would be helpful for people looking for a more meaningful philosophy of life.

Seemed like a good intro "how to" for networking. For people that have a number of contacts, regularly use LinkedIn, and occasionally connect people professionally, there aren't many new insights or clever tactics to make it more enjoyable.
