verry well done, , right from the start the story builds, holds your attention with clearly developed characters, great story line, plot twists and the voices are also very in line with the story. it is a shorter story, great for a day trip to the city.

Please don't expect a laugh or even a grin

This book is very well done. it has strong ethical and moral viewpoints about how wrong we are letting society run, absolutely losing chivalry in lieu of closing our eyes to the abuse of women in the name of inclusion. it is time to wake up and take a stand. Do read this book and share!

Everyone needs to read/listen to this book!

We all need to listen to this book, then go out and buy the hard copy for an excellent reference and sign up for the free website that has data driven nutrition facts. Amazing! No more fad diets, Keto, low carb, or anything other than data driven, evidence based nutrition...this was long overdue! Thank you Dr. Greger!!!

This true story hits home with me as I have Hungarian speaking family in Slovakia, in Kosice in fact. When you have been to so many of the places he had been and have family on both sides of that boarder you can visualize very clearly. Finding that he is now a Canadian is also different, as most I have previously read did not continue on after the war and bring it on home to Canada and explain how and why we must continue to remember the holocaust and fight, communism, fascism, neo-nazis or any form of anti-semitic or racism happening around the world today. This once again includes Canada! Geddy Lee, Adam Sandler and "The Fonz" as well as Gayle Tannenbaum, a friend in the states I really need to see...you are just a few of our celebrated Jews and please don't forget to watch the movie A Fiddler on the Roof! (order it from your library...it clarifies a lot leading up to the Pogroms!).

I believe my thoughts are now in agreement that suicide is believable and not that the top SS/Nazis ended up in Argentina after reading this book.

Motivation is NOT what will get you into a transformational mindset that lasts. read this, it has some rough language but will help you get a realistic work ethic and toughen up your mind.

A super read, beyond the kitchen house.
