Stephen R. Covey's book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, has been a top seller for the simple reason that it ignores trends and pop psychology for proven principles of fairness, integrity, honesty, and human dignity. Celebrating its 15th year of helping people solve personal and professional problems, this special anniversary edition includes a new foreword and afterword written by Covey that explore whether the 7 Habits are still relevant and answer some of the most common questions he has received over the past 15 years.

the narrator was an old man with a less than ideal voice for audio books every sentence ended with him moving a peppermint or some obnoxious clicking in his mouth. I'm sure the story was good but I will read the book as this narration made me put the book down in less than 2 hours.

very well done parables and stories relevant to habits. I have read many habit books and this by far had the most important info. I will bookmark and reference it often.

From multiple New York Times best-selling author, neuroscientist, and "new atheist" Sam Harris, Waking Up is for the 30 percent of Americans who follow no religion, but who suspect that Jesus, Buddha, Lao Tzu, Rumi, and the other saints and sages of history could not have all been epileptics, schizophrenics, or frauds.
