Gone are the days where you must rely on large financial institutions or big-name investors to bring a great idea to life. No more needing to explain why you deserve a business loan despite not having a Ph.D. from an Ivy League business school, twenty years experience in your industry, and a million dollars worth of assets as collateral. All of that is in the past, thanks to the Internet making crowdfunding accessible to just about anyone with a computer. One of the biggest names in crowdfunding makes it even easier to raise funds to bring a project to life.

it is intresting to hear the story, but not a lot informations given in the book. The book itself is short, and it only briefly introduces about the crowdfunding process. not worth the price, can find similar or even better guides online.

Amazon.com started off delivering books through the mail. But its visionary founder, Jeff Bezos, wasn't content with being a bookseller. He wanted Amazon to become the everything store, offering limitless selection and seductive convenience at disruptively low prices. To do so, he developed a corporate culture of relentless ambition and secrecy that's never been cracked. Until now.

In just a decade and a half, Jack Ma, a man from modest beginnings who started out as an English teacher, founded Alibaba and built it into one of the world's largest companies, an e-commerce empire on which hundreds of millions of Chinese consumers depend. Alibaba's $25 billion IPO in 2014 was the largest global IPO ever. A Rockefeller of his age who is courted by CEOs and presidents around the world, Jack is an icon for China's booming private sector.

What does everyone in the modern world need to know? Renowned psychologist Jordan B. Peterson's answer to this most difficult of questions uniquely combines the hard-won truths of ancient tradition with the stunning revelations of cutting-edge scientific research. Humorous, surprising, and informative, Dr. Peterson tells us why skateboarding boys and girls must be left alone, what terrible fate awaits those who criticize too easily, and why you should always pet a cat when you meet one on the street.

Motivated me. Loved it, love how he summaried life into 12 different rules; 12 different experiences. Also he dubbed the book himself, good!

Even though that the book was published in 2015. Still plenty fun to read it now and to learn the life style of Elon. Learned what he went through to success, and be motivated for looking forward to the future of mankind.
