Best sleep every night with this book!
10/10! I get the best sleep when I wind down to this book. My body and mind are able to calm down and I find it easy to let go of my day and incessant thinking with the help of these meditations. The narrator has such a soothing voice, perfect to fall asleep to. I often don't finish the meditations because I am already asleep before they end. The feeling of getting a good night's rest and waking up feeling refreshed is such a blessing. Your meditation sanctuary always does a great job with their books. Great music, great narration, great content.

Best sleep I have ever had!
I am beyond thankful to have found this gem of a book. Every night I listen to it, I wake up feeling refreshed and happy to be waking up. I never thought I would feel this way. I have had trouble sleeping for as long as I can remember so finding this book and it actually working.... has increased my well being more than I can express. The narrators voice is the most calming and gentle female voice. She feels like a warm hug and big cozy blankets <3 It is a lovely experience beginning to end. I listen to a different one of these mediations each night and plan to continually cycle through them. So impressed!
