Info DUMP

There is some good info here, but I don’t think it’s because it’s from the author finding good info it’s because he literally took EVERYTHING that an athlete could possibly consider and threw it in a book. I think this book was written not to inform, because if that were the case there would be easier takeaways and guidance on which methods are effective and which aren’t, rather I think this book was written to just give a sample of how smart the author is but confuse the reader into using the author for more info. I believe part of an author’s job is to make their material easy to use, in this case there’s SO incredibly much info that there’s no separation of what’s important and what isn’t.

A little too infomercial too my taste

Overall it’s a ton of info of which often only one side is presented an way too many references to links and websites check this on my website check that on my website... yes they are meant as additional information but some are dead links to begin with and most of the time it just breaks the flow of the audio book. I wouldn’t recommend it, it’s not bad but i probably wouldn’t buy again. To top it off you need to write down every url mentioned on the audio book, at the very least they could have included a pdf with all the url.

Amazing human performance tips/tricks book!

Defintly something you can listen to 5 times and still learn something new. Recommend taking notes so you can take out everything you find personally useful.

Excellent

Some chapters are a bit heavy unless you’re a science geek like Ben, but overall this book is very good. Exactly what you need to know to improve performance in both sport and life in general. Gives great insight into how to live a long, happy and balanced life. Great resources on the website too and some simple ideas for meals, workouts etc. to help you on your way to better living.

This book wants your money

The sound quality is bad

Ben is a product sales men In the book

Buy this and this and this , use the link on my website

He will say things like studies have found but if you google it’s clearly not the consensus of the medical community he’s a hack

Tons of info

Not word for word with the book if you follow along with both. Solid if you're interested in endurance training and anything you can do to improve.
