Every woman should listen to this book

This book is great. It is long and has a TON of helpful information about your body and about keeping yourself healthy. There is so much doctors don't tell us or ignore. Women's health is not taken seriously enough. If you are struggling with something and just feeling off and your doctor is ignoring you I recommend this book!

Also - definitely stop using the birth control pill like immediately! It is poison for your body. There are lots of alternative methods to prevent pregnancy. The BC pill messes up your body.

So thankful this book exists!

Great practical book, missing access to some resources

Loved this book! A super insightful and really practical guide to understanding your hormones. I have PCOS and found this really helpful, since I was planning on coming off the pill and wanted to know how to prepare my body for the potential side effects.
My only complaints were that I didn’t like the narrator so much and also that there are some elements that they reference in the book that they say are included in the enhancement PDF but aren’t actually included (for example, the circadian rhythm reset methods). Also, all the resources are meant to be found at www.beyondthepillbook.com, but this website doesn’t seem to exist anymore.
