Bitter Brew Review
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Although the storyline was simple there was a surprise ending that I didn’t see coming. The performance was awesome and so entertaining! As well, the writing style was superb and very artistic; well chosen vocabulary, sentence structures and expressions well suited to the context of the storyline. A must listen!

Enjoyable
Really liked the story & narration. Hopefully he does more stories. Listened to it in 1 day. Got it as deal of the day, glad I did.

cliche and a lot of far left extremes
I found the book to be unrealistic, full of a lot extremes. in a village of less than 800 there was a lot of sexually explicit stuff. the murderer did make sense, but the main character didn't feel like he had done any real investigating in the end. he just stumbled in to the murderer in the end. was rather stupid and unoriginal. the narrator was pretty good though. I'll be returning this book. I did not "enjoy this program" in the end.

Is this supposed to be a serious story or not.
I can't tell if this some kind of parody. Characters are not deep, the story is even less deep. I just like Kelsey Grammer's voice.

Great characterisation
Superb narration with a fantastic character. An interesting story set in a small town. The ending had far more kink to it but wasn't over the top. Great book.

Kelsey Grammar = Detective Novels
This story - simple and complex at the same time, was enhanced by the cadence and depth of Kelsey Grammar's voice. His depiction of Bill Walsh, small town detective is deepened and compelling with the use of his voice. I waited with baited breath to find the "who done it", gladly waited as Kelsey Grammar in the key role brought the story to its conclusion. Definitely worth reading and I hope there are going to be more Bill Walsh stories in the future. Thank you Mr. Grammar.

enjoyable
I really enjoyed this book, good characters and lots of subplots to keep it interesting. Hope there is more to come. narration was perfect.
