Are you sick and tired of feeling ‘flawed’ or maybe even worthless?

Have you experienced fear of abandonment at any point in your life?

Do you finally want to say goodbye to unhealthy relationships and self-harming behaviors and discover something that works for you?

If so, then you’ve come to the right place.

You see, a study made by the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia demonstrated that DBT showed differences in impulsivity, suicidality, parasuicidality, and depression compared to client-centered therapy.

  • Six simple ways to reduce black and white thinking to avoid emotional instability
  • Seven crucial words you should know to ease your mind from distress
  • The seven skills that can help you feel better instantly and improve the moment
  • Bulletproof ways to enhance positive relationships with others
  • And much, much more

Take a second to imagine how you’ll feel once you can regulate your own emotions, and how your family and friends will react when they see the new you.

Would not recommend

This is just simply reading off anecdotes , this book is not based off any scientific or clinical facts or evidence.

The author interjects quite a lot bias in what they are suggesting and in their opinions, often trailing off into personal anecdotes which tend to get reduced to something trivial and irrelevant.

There are also instances of blatant SWJ rhetoric and gender discrimination- bordering in misandry.

Not sure what I am supposed get from this “throw it at the wall a see what sticks” bombardment of opinions.

Not even sure if I even want to finish this book as it triggers my “WTF did he just say?” Anxiety, I guess I’ll just have to uses this book as some sort of emotional control practice (There is your 1 star).
