Publisher's Summary
Captain Maxwell Davis and his entire unit scrambled to engage alien ships over Iowa. The aliens snatched him out of his destroyed jet before they continued on their interplanetary hot pursuit. Then they informed Max that Earth was too far outside regular shipping lanes to return him to his planet.
So Max ends up in an alien spaceport looking for work. To afford a ticket home he can either spend 300 years working with linguists to improve the computer's questionable ability to translate English or he can take a job as a nanny for an unpopular alien. That way he can afford the ticket in four years. The problem is that the computer may have mistranslated the word "nanny" and there might be a reason an alien is willing to pay such a high fee.

Gotta Love those tentacles

Narrator John Solo gave a stunning fun performance of this way-out sci-fi MM romance. His delivery measured up to the ridiculousness, but a still beautiful tale about how opposites attract. I never thought I’d love tentacles so much. And the babies, man,,, they were cute. The voices John gave the characters highlighted their personalities which increased the enjoyment and attraction to the characters even more.
This audiobook has to be exceptional, for me to give 5 Blue Roses. The human meets alien story has been told many different ways but I have yet to hear an audiobook like this before. The plot is about an air force pilot, Max who ends up on an alien ship working as a nanny for an alien named Rick, who has more eyes and tentacles Max can even count. Max finds himself with a job he wasn’t expecting, due to translation problems.
The author uniquely told the story about what it is to be human and the beauty thereof. It was a happy, sad, and hilarious tale about universal goodness and the importance of correct communication, otherwise, the results may be ending with hilarious consequences resulting in strange sexual gratifications and budding relationships.
I absolutely recommend this audiobook, it’s lighthearted fun to cheer up your day.

intriguing
was not expecting the gay aspect but overall theme was fascinating and the relationship building slow and well developed. I loveed the unique personality of all three younglings and thoroughly enjoyed watch the overall family building, humour was abundant, especially with translation problems
