Meet Tyler and Jessica!

I was so excited to see this released and could not wait to give it a listen, and I am so glad that I did! It's one of the best of the year for me so far! Tyler is an A list actor, going on tour for his upcoming blockbuster release. He is taking 10 journalists along for the ride, one being his nemisis, Jessica. And from there, the story goes. This enemies to lovers story is pack full of feels and emotions. Tyler is a great character, full of sincerity, the kind that is easy to fall for. Jessica on the hand is the character I really fell for. She is a consummate professional, and goes into this assignment with grace. I love how strong and independent she is, and yet, Tyler becomes her one vulnerability. It's an easy listen, had me completely caught up and kept me entertained the entire time. Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross give this story their all. The performance is spot on. Kai's portrayal of Jessica gives her that determined undertone, never giving in and can turn on a dime to show that passionate, vulnerable side. Wen's smooth voice for Tyler will woo the best of them, and with Tyler, he makes him strong and emotional, showing that Tyler is more than his image. It's spectacular narration and one you do not want to miss.

Fantastic Celebrity/Enemies to Lovers Romance!

What a fantastic celebrity/enemies to lovers romance! Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross were awesome in this duet narration! You could really feel the emotion in this one and Wen Ross especially brought an intensity to our hero, Tyler, that you wouldn't have felt without listening to the audiobook. I think my only minor issue with the narration is that it felt a touch too slow. I'm not sure if that was done to maintain a more serious feel or not, but I ended up speeding up the narration to 1.25x to compensate. Tyler and Jessica's story hooked me right in and I loved watching the sparks fly between them as they went head to head. They both wear masks thanks to the nature of their professions, but once the real Tyler and Jessica started to surface, the REAL sparks started to ignite. There is some OW drama and I did feel like a lot of the misunderstandings could have been avoided if these two didn't automatically jump to conclusions, but overall, the pacing and flow of the story worked really well and I was invested through the entire book. I also liked that we were given both Tyler and Jessica's POV's for certain scenes, so that we could know exactly what our characters were thinking and feeling. Cassie played her role perfectly in the story and though the conclusion wasn't a surprise, I did like how it wrapped up. I only wish that Jessica would have remained the same strong and independent woman through the final drama, instead of essentially imploding. It did help set up the next book featuring Brian and Kellie (Jessica's BFF) though and the epilogues left me smiling. I'm excited to continue with this series! Overall 4 stars Performance 4.5 stars Story 4 stars

Brilliant

The narration by Wen Ros and Kai Kennicott was fantastic and they brought this story to life with performances that had me enthralled right from the first chapter. Their voices are easy and pleasant to listen too and for me they were perfect for the roles of Tyler and Jessica. I fell hard and fast for Tyler Beckett, the current most sought after actor in the world and celebrity journalist Jessica Hawthorn. When they find themselves thrown together for a month, along with another nine journalists for Tyler’s press tour tensions will rise. Hollywood Playboy is a frenemies story as Tyler and Jessica have a hate/tolerate relationship and it was intriguing to watch this story pan out as they eventually fall for one another. The chemistry between Tyler and Jessica sizzled right off the audio and I loved the banter they engaged in. Wen and Kai did an excellent job in portraying the chemistry and feelings they have for one another. Add in the fact that someone is trying to sabotage things and you have a little mystery and intrigue to tantalize you too. What will happen when Tyler discovers who has been trying to ruin things? Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott really did justice to Natasha Madison’s Hollywood Playboy which in my opinion is one fantastic read/listen.

This one was easy and a winner for me because I am always looking for a fantastic romantic story and I found it here. I had never read anything by this author nor listened to these narrators before either but they blew me away!! This wonderfully told love story really is straight out of Hollywood. You'll recognize what I'm saying later on. Our heroine Jessica is a highly educated woman who loves her job as a writer even if it's with a tabloid magazine but shes the best. Jessica is selected to join 9 other journalists on a 30 day press tour with this handsome playboy actor that she can't stand. She begs to get out of the assignment but because she's so good she has to go. Tyler our playboy actor doesn't want her there either but but neither has a choice. They meet on the tour and their attraction and story begins. What I really loved was the fantastic narration and the story being told from both Jessica's and Tyler's dual POV. The narration was so good to me. This should be the new standard as long as the narrators are as good as Kai and Wen. I'll definitely listen to them again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This story had deceit, surprises, hate to love and was very well written. When I selected this book I had no idea that I would feel the satisfaction that I do. I loved it, would recommend it and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. It was a nice surprise. I will also look for other books by this author.

Loved it! This is an enemies to lovers story. Tyler is considered a Hollywood Bad Boy, and Jessica is a celebrity reporter (Tabloid). They are at odds mostly due to past stories Jessica has written about Tyler. By some circumstances they are thrown together along with other reporters for a month long publicity tour. It is during this tour that they go at each other's throats, but they agree to a truce in order to survive the month. However, their chemistry is so off the charts that it can't be denied. There are twists and turns, fight times, and sexy times, broken hearts, and misunderstandings, and most of all a dreaded antagonist who made me want to throttle her for most of the book (and sometimes Tyler, too, for letting her get away with way too much). Loved the narration by Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott, and loved the epilogues! This was a great story and I recommend it. 🌷🌷🌷5 GLAMOROUS STARS!🌷🌷🌷

LOVED.. LOVED.. LOVED EVERY SINGLE SECOND

This was my first book by Natasha Madison and I may well have rejected it.. but hello.. a Hollywood heartthrob in an enemies-to-lovers romance which is narrated by the outstanding Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross proved too much of a temptation for me to resist. And I’m so glad because, right from the start, I had that undefinable delicious feeling.. you know, that feeling you get early on in a story when you know it’s going to be a great listen.. so you sit back, relax and prepare to be wowed.. and wowed I was. The characters, the slow-build of the enemies-to-lovers plotline, the snappy - to the happy dialogue, the fun banter, the pain, the passion and the pleasures, the dual POV drama and the touch of angst was all just right. And Kai and Wen’s duet style of narration made the story flow so naturally, made it more realistic and brought the characters to life.. oh yes, and they also made it a very enjoyable and entertaining 5 star audiobook. Worth a credit? Yes definitely.

The story was just okay. I didn't feel the chemistry between them. The end was dragged out too long.

Tyler and Jessica

This is a great Hollywood story. Paparazzi is everywhere so how is a big actor going to get any peace especially when they are together for 39 days straight. Tyler and Jessica do not get along. I would definitely recommend this story and the narration was excellent.

I love Natasha Madison. I love Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross. The combination blew my mind. This story was such fun to read. The chemistry between Tyler and Jessica was palpable, great book, great story!!

Great Enemies-to-Lovers!

This is the first book in the Hollywood Royalty Series. Wow! This is a great enemies-to-lovers. This story is beautifully written, captivating, sweet and sexy. Jessica and Tyler are great characters and they share a great chemistry. Tyler is handsome, impossible to not fall for him! Jessica is a beautiful character, strong and independent. They are great together, and I loved to follow them in their journey to love. Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross did an outstanding job with this duet narration. I love their voices together. I enjoyed my listening and highly recommend it. I loved it!
