Publisher's Summary

Searching for a new home....

The Galahad, a faster-than-light spacecraft, carries 50 scientists and engineers on a mission to prepare Kepler 452b, Earth's nearest habitable neighbor at 1400 light years away. With Earth no longer habitable and the Mars colony slowly failing, they are humanity's best hope.

After 10 years in a failed cryogenic bed - body asleep, mind awake - William Chanokh's torture comes to an end as the fog clears, the hatch opens, and his friend and fellow hacker, Tom, greets him...by stabbing a screwdriver into his heart. This is the first time William dies.

It is not the last.

When he wakes from death, William discovers that all but one crew member - Capria Dixon - is either dead at Tom's hands, or has escaped to the surface of Kepler 452b. This dire situation is made worse when Tom attacks again - and is killed. Driven mad by a rare reaction to extended cryo-sleep, Tom hacked the Galahad's navigation system and locked the ship on a faster-than-light journey through the universe, destination: nowhere. Ever.

Mysteriously immortal, William is taken on a journey with no end, where he encounters solitary desperation, strange and violent lifeforms, a forbidden love, and the nature of reality itself.

...he discovers the infinite.

Jeremy Robinson, the master of fast-paced and highly original stories seamlessly blending elements of horror, science fiction, and thrillers, tackles his most ambitious subject matter to date: reality itself. An amalgam of the works of J.J. Abrams and Ridley Scott, Infinite is a bold science fiction novel exploring the vastness of space and a man's desire to exist, find love, and alter the course of his life.

really enjoyable but a bit predictable

I really enjoyed this book... There was a lot of thought-provoking ideas that it explored. I would certainly recommend it to another person. The story was a bit predictable and a Twist at the end wasn't really something that surprised me, but it was interesting and enjoyable none the less. I would certainly recommend it.

One of the very best SF novels I've ever read

I read about 15 novels a month, including a reasonable amount of SF, and I have to say that this is one of the most compelling, exciting, thought provoking, and surprising novels of this type I've read in about 20 years. Highly, highly recommended.

Didn’t See That Coming.

I loved this book. It was just a crazy wild ride, with a purpose, from beginning to end. Definitely one of those books that keeps you on the edge of your seat, but also has you pondering bigger questions.

Amazing simulated reality

Loved it. Just to short is my only complaint. Hopefully 3 book is out. I'm off to look for it now

Enjoyable

A great twist take on timeless questions. This gave me multiple ideas of where to start numerous other stories. Imaginative, believable, worth the time.

A saga for the ages

I have no doubt this series will one day be regarded as a classic and a staple of AI and psychological science fiction. Jeremy Robinson poured his soul into this story and R.C. Bray pulled out all the stops to breathe life into it. You will not read or listen to these books, you will experience them and be left as awestruck as I was.

P.S: Be sure to read/listen to the authors note at the end of the second one, but only after finishing the series. It doesn't have spoilers but I found it had much more impact having experienced the full journey first.

Purchased while it was on sale and just couldn't be more surprised. Enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend. Plus you can't go with with R.C Bray ready it. Looking forward to Book 2.
