Another Awesome Book by Natalie Lue

This book made me look at no contact in whole other light. I feared going no contact as the thought of letting go of my toxic ex was like being asked to do so was like asking me to stop breathing. This book helped to put things into perspective. This author is top notch and doesn't sugar coat anything. Some times a good kick in the butt is what is needed to wake up and do what's right for you. This book is perfectly narrated, it's like listening to a good friend. I will be rereading this often.

The read I didn’t know I needed

No contact seems so straight forward. Until you get into the nitty gritty, withdraws. Not being able to make sense of the way you’re feeling. This books maps it all out for you. It’s almost as if the author was in my mind— there living it with me. It prepares you for what’s to come and how to handle it. Definitely recommend if you’re struggling with or about to go no contact!
