single best audio book or course I've ever bought
Matt Kahn is amazing! sometimes those is there on blue thing that will soothe me to sleep. not because it's boring. because he is so calm and lovely to listen to. his message transforms my mom into a staffer space to be when I'm at my must vulnerable and low energy.

A favourite
I come back to this book again and again. It’s so soothing to come back to what I already know when I get inflamed or lost in the drama, and my body cries out to rest, to come back home. It’s comforting to know this book exists so I can go far out in my journey with a safe place to land when my wings are tired.
This book is a gift to the world that desperately needs more love, not less.

GARBAGE
Just a bunch of fluffy senseless babble. Like the rambling journal of a drunk teenager who wants to be done kind of guru. Sounded like it was being made up as he went along. I'm sorry, but this was so repetitive and CORNY.
The high reviews must have been friends or the author, or just very lost, desperate people who have never read a good book on spirituality. I literally got goosebumps from embarrassment listening to it.
