Justin Roberts always dreamed of being a ring announcer at World Wrestling Entertainment. From playing with action figures of the Ultimate Warrior, the Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels, Bret Hitman Hart and Hulk Hogan to actually announcing these larger-than-life characters to the ring, Roberts lived out the dream of countless, passionate wrestling fans worldwide.

Best Seat in the House is the inspirational story of Roberts' ambitious journey to becoming a full-time ring announcer at WWE, performing all over the world and announcing weekly live events, TV shows, and the enormously popular pay-per-view spectaculars for more than a decade.

In addition to announcing the top wrestlers in sports entertainment from Nature Boy Ric Flair, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Sgt. Slaughter, King Kong Bundy, and the Iron Sheik to Dwayne the Rock Johnson, Stone Cold Steve Austin, John Cena, Brock Lesnar, CM Punk, Chris Jericho, and the Undertaker, Roberts also relives entertaining and candid moments with his real-life superhero coworkers, workplace politics, grueling travel schedules, harsh requirements of WWE talent, and the overall merciless treatment from the higher-ups whose decisions can affect nearly the entire wrestling industry.

This book is the all-access backstage pass for those who have always wondered what it would be like to work at WWE under the infamous Vince McMahon and travel all over the world in cars, buses, and planes with the biggest stars of professional wrestling.

Justin Roberts pulls no punches and gives you an uncensored, raw look at the journey of a young man chasing, catching, and living his dream.

Well done

Wasn't expecting much from this when you think of all the wrestling books out there to chose from but was pleasantly surprised. one of the best wrestling books I've read. There's not too many books from this era of wrestling, but I believe Justin Roberts set the bar with his story.

Great!.......just a small but.

As a wrestling fan I absolutely loved this book! It had lots of things I had not heard before it was really worth the listen, the only tiny complaint I had was his reading. It was a really nice to hear this in his own words you just have to look past a few skips and repeated lines but nothing that really distracts from the story itself. If you love wrestling you'll love this book!!

Many great stories told by a great story teller

I never really knew who Justin was while he worked for WWE, but I wish I had. Also, I'm very happy he wrote this book. it was entertaining and eye-opening. I usually do audio books because it's easier on my eyes. With this book I'm so glad I let Justin read it to me. It wouldn't have been half as fun if I had read it to myself. Thanks Justin!

Oh No You Didn't...

If you're a wrestling fan and are looking for a good behind the scenes story of what really goes on in the WWE, then this is the book for you. Jason takes you on his journey through the world of the WWE in a way that makes you want to cheer for him and hope that he gets all that he has coming. You can really feel the joy that he has for the wrestling industry as a whole and the passion that he has for doing the best he can with each and every opportunity given to him. He tells it like it us and gives you a view rarely seen of what it's like to work in the WWE. I really enjoyed his book and recommend it to anyone who considers themselves to be a fan of wrestling.

Better than I expected

I never gave much thought to Justin Roberts. To me he was a ring announcer who was never in the for front of my thoughts. I thought he was a sort of a take it or leave it kind of guy. However, I took a chance and listened to his audio book and I'm glad I did. Now, I realize that there's so much more to him than I originally thought. If you're a WWE fan you owe it to yourself to check this out. The only critisms I have is that at times he seems to rush through his own readings and that occasionally the audio had been incorrectly edited so that sometimes it repeats itself. Other than that it was very enjoyable and eye opening. Great job Justin!
