Great book!
Great book and terrifying for any parent about to send a kid to university. teaches you to counter though so please read.

I wish my car could run off of the gaslighting in this book
Tried to listen to this but the gaslighting is unreal, at least they are very upfront with this and make it undeniably clear that this will not be an honest discussion.
I try to listen to a wide variety of view points because, like this author, many are just trying to push what ever narrative financially benefits them.
It is one thing to only present facts that support your side, it is another to twist facts, but this book just blows right by that and just flat out lies and gaslights you claiming the other side is lying on easily verifiable facts betting on you being ignorant or too lazy to fact check.
And for the record people become more conservative as they acquire wealth, not because they have gotten older, it is just that these two factors go hand in hand. Now that we have created a world where the vast majority of those not born into wealth will never be able to achieve it this is why less people support a system the only be if it’s the wealthy.
