German brush up
I appreciate the fact that the audio book comes with a PDF where you can see what you listening. I have taken German on and off for a while and this was a great opportunity to brush up. I learned new words, phrases, correct conjugation. I also appreciate the repetition of words so as to recall the definition and it's usage.

Great book for beginners!
It’s always hard to learn a new language, but I find that being able to listen and immerse yourself in the words is always the best way to approach it. This book really helps with that, and although the pace can be a little difficult to follow along with as a beginner, there explanations of words included in the last chapter. The more you follow along though, the easier it is to pick up on the words – after about 30 minutes I felt my confidence rising as I began to identify what was being said. It’s a great feeling to be able to learn a new skill, and this immersive book went a long way in helping me. Definitely worth recommending!”

Not for beginners
This is definitely not for beginners- they’re just reading short stories and giving no context to what they’re saying. You have to follow along with the PDF, but the reason I get audiobooks is so I can listen while walking or exercising. Not good for this book.
