Publisher's Summary

In Vibe, best-selling author Robyn Openshaw reveals the difference between low vibration emotions (fear, anger, inertia) and high vibration emotions (love, inner peace, gratitude) and helps listeners dramatically impact their physical and mental well-being by raising their vibrational frequencies.

The great Austrian scientist Nikola Tesla is a household name among today's scientific community, known for his finding that all matter has vibrational energy, or electrical frequency, and that we are all electrical beings made up of rapidly vibrating cells.

Most of us are vaguely familiar with this concept, but we don't realize the powerful implications this has for our choices every day - which foods to eat, how much water to drink, what we think about when we're in the car or the shower, what our risk of disease is, and how we feel at any given moment are all affected by the power of vibration.

Everything in health and wellness should revolve around the basic concept that what we choose to eat and what we choose to do lowers or raises our vibration. And that makes all the difference.

Vibe explores the foods, natural substances, and lifestyle practices that can raise our vibrations. Robyn Openshaw reveals evidence that shows how drinking green juice, using certain essential oils, and engaging in yoga and meditation raises the frequency of the human brain and other organs. Living in a "high vibe" state can make us resilient to illness, fatigue, burnout, and depression. Listeners will learn all about the low vibration emotions (fear, anger, inertia) and the high vibration emotions (love, peace, gratitude) and how to achieve higher vibrations in everyday living. Openshaw explores how the smallest changes in our life - from what we eat to how we think - can radically improve our mood, overall health, and quality of life.

Wish it was the author that read....but great content

I found listening to this book clearly written by a female difficult to digest coming from a man, who read about ‘green smoothie girl’ and other feminine content in the first person, without authenticity. I also found the jazz/piano music frustrating and hoaky. Going to the website and hearing the author speak made me wish she read this book herself. I hope she does a re-do. Amazing content and exactly what I needed in my life right this moment. Thank you!!

It's About Time We Stop Poo-Pooing The "Woo-Woo"!

"Everything is energy", and "your thoughts have the power to create" sounds kind of new-agey at first... until you learn that an overwhelming amount of credible science has now proven what Ancient wisdom has known all along.

In "Vibe", Robyn Openshaw goes deep into how what you think, what you feel, your relationships, your struggles, and even your spiritual journey all matter when it comes to living a healthy life. But most of all, she gives down to earth advice and tools on how to keep your vibration (your mood, your spirits, your mental and physical energy levels, etc.) high. Highly recommended!

Cliché, cliché, cliché!

I don't normally take the time to write a poor review. This book, however, was such a supreme disappointment that I thought I should save others from wasting their money. Absolutely zero new ideas here. All mainly taken from the oldies like Wayne Dyer and Louise Hay, this author chooses to name drop Einstein and Tesla so many times that I started to wonder if she has actually really studied any of their works or just regurgitated other self help chapters from her personal home library. This was an often irritating barrage of repetitive catch phrases designed to steer readers to her website to buy more crap. Also, the cheesy and frequent piano inserts were extremely grating.
