Great for knowing yourself
This book allows you to confront yourself. With knowledge of yourself you can grow. The path ahead may not be easy - but it will be worth it. Already the improvement I have seen in my life is worth it.
Well written with stories integrated into the lessons to drive them home and help you remember them. Very good non-fiction book.

Truly insightful!
I recently listened to the Insight audiobook and it’s honestly been so eye opening that I’m purchasing the physical book as well. I want to be able to refer back to it easily and continue to gain insights depending on the stages I’m at. I often find that books can overall leave me with a good feeling, but I don’t have clear takeaways or next actions. This is a complete exception - I have so many takeaways and am now working through the PDF and Tasha’s workbook as well. If you have any type of personal or work relationships, I highly recommend this book!

good narrator, interesting book
The tone of the narrator (also the author) is a bit too enthusiastic for me but she articulates very well. English is my third language and yet every word was crystal clear, which is not always the case.
