I love this book

This is an extremely helpful eating routine book for beginners. Good book and it was easy to understand. The recipe was simple to follow, required everyday ingredients and was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this book.

Good book

This book is amazing! Author writes in such a way that is easy to understand. The first half of the book is her helping you to learn more about the ketogenic diet, the science behind it, types of fats, and all sorts of helpful things. I have never made so many recipes from one recipe book.
