It's like Brene is talking only to you

I loved this audiobook for many reasons. The book itself is transformational. The research from Brene is undeniable and hits home on so many levels. It is relatable and speaks to so many struggles we all face. I also love these audiobooks because the content conveyance is happening directly from the author herself. It was lovely to go about my day listening to Brene as if she were right with me and explaining these valuable insights.

Loved it!!!

I loved many concepts on vulnerability but what I love the most was learning that we must be vulnerable to be successful In every relationship... Marriage, marketplace, parenting, friendships!!

The second piece that really hit me hard was daring greatly does not mean winning every single time, It means showing up and doing your best with what you’ve got! Definitely something I will be learning to impart to my children as they grow older!

Everyone needs to listen/read how to dare greatly!

Thanks to this book I will dare to show up, enter the arena, and dare to be seen and also to welcome the discomfort of being vulnerable. I've also learned some new tools to help rid those gremlins away that will allow me to work through shame and move towards a growth mindset and being present.
