Essential for any military officer, executive or aspiring leader
Once in a while you find a book that makes you think and reflect long after you read the last chapter. This is that book. For anyone in management or leadership, this book offers excellent lessons on character development and leadership, using case studies of US Admirals. Despite its military context, these lessons and characteristics are equally valuable to civilian organizations and senior managers.
