Hands down, the best decision of my life!
I will not be able to fully describe how amazing this book is. It truly worked for me. Nothing has worked in the past, then when I was directed towards this book through a friend, I feel like it saved my life. For once and for always the easy way method has helped me quit smoking. I don’t know how… but it works
I genuinely do not know how but it works!! I have been a smoker for 20 years. During this time I have quit several times returning to smoking. My longest quitting time was 2 years. Mind you I have only been smoke free for 18 days listening to this audiobook but honestly I feel pretty darn good! The way this book is written and the information is provides I found to be very helpful. It makes you realize a lot of good points. I find myself “forgetting “ I’m a smoker. Previous attempts I would think about smoking 24/7 this time not so much. One thing I do recommend is to continue smoking while reading this book. I found by day two/three I was significantly reducing my cigarettes without even trying!!

Great stuff
This book breaks down lots of important truths smokers tend to neglect or don’t even know about. On top of that, the bootcamp setting is great because it hypes you and builds up the anticipation for the moment you’ll smoke your last cigarette.
If you stick to it, instead of trying to postpone or feeling anxious about the day you smoke your last cigarette, you’ll look forward to it and it’ll feel kind of exciting.
I know it’s hard to believe but you have nothing to lose if you give it a try.

This book was so clear and concise in explaining the pitfalls and misconceptions of quitting smoking. Allen Carr’s “Bootcamp” audible version really summed up the fallacies and brainwashing that we’ve been told about quitting. I would recommend this listen to anyone who has the desire to quit as it will give comfort and guidance while explaining the misinformation smokers have received in the past about quitting and the way to freedom from nicotine.

It works

This actually worked for me!
I was didn't believe that it would work but this method worked really well for me. I did it over 7 days, however, because I hadn't totally bought into the idea yet...
I was a pack/day smoker and even though I've tried to quit so many times previously, I always found it really difficult and I would eventually slip back into it.
It's been 6 weeks and I haven't had more than a handful of ''mmm, a smoke would be nice'' -- but then I remember my boot camp. 👍
