Intense

It's almost makes you sweat from the intensity and energy exuded from Grant. This is like a medium rare steak the size of your plate!

Not sold.

I didn’t like the Scientology plugs. The book didn’t say much at all, nothing counter intuitive, or surprising. Grant is a great speaker, but the content wasn’t very educational, or inspiring, felt like having it on was a meditation on the title, but I expected something more than what I got with the book.

If you like a punch in the face, you'll love this

If you're familiar with Cardone, then you already know what his in your face style is like. But for those who are new to the 10x King, then get ready to pucker up.

This book is as honest and in your face as it's going to get - this is not a self help book, this is a learning experience.

You love my review, and you love it because I refuse to be sold.

Start selling.

Great Advice Throughout

I enjoyed this far more than I was expecting to. Cardone as narrator was a joy to listen to, since his enthusiasm shows throughout. He is a positive, kind, and genuine seeming person.

There is good advice in pretty much every chapter. Cardone gets deep on the things that really matter. Staying positive. Being completely committed to what you're selling. Believing in, and using the product yourself so that you can be genuine when you sell it.

Couple of things to be aware of. Cardone pitches his online service, but it's only once, and honestly, I'm not docking any ratings for that. Lots of books these days will mention their site over and over and over. Cardone does not do this, and I frankly respect the single part of a chapter that he pitched it, and then he moved right along. Being a true salesman there. Also note that Cardone also briefly pitches a sort of gateway book into his religion. I've heard the book has some interesting psychology and philosophy, but be aware of what it is if you're going to read it…

Neither of those things really harmed the experience. The reason I give it four stars instead of five is actually because it's a little disorganized. Each chapter could stand on its own, which might actually be good for you if you treat this book like a magazine, newspaper, or set of online articles. For me, I wouldn't have minded a bit more of a systematic approach.

Cardone states you'll get a lot more out of it if your reread, and I can definitely see that as being true. I just might end up doing so.

Great book

I actually haven't read or listened to any of Cardone's book before. I really enjoyed listening to this book. It contains a lot of useful information even if you are not in sales.

Narration vs Contents

Personally narration was really annoying and distracted from getting the message. From time to time, I wasn't sure the reader was actually reading the book or just making jokes between the liens. I would have liked this book better if I had "read" it.

Get on with it.

Hea charismatic, no doubt. But the first hour consists of him repeating himself and rambling. It's as if he's trying to hit the word count on his Highschool essay. Pretty vague advice, it's like he's going in the right direction with a concept but doesn't provide anything truly breakthrough or any practical advice, it's just full of jargon with no real substance. I don't know if I can do another 8 hours of this.

Paid reviews… Waste of time…

Very very very repetitive… Just pushing opinions without any facts. Explains a couple google definitions, then repeats short examples of that meaning. Nothing significant to learn or gain. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. I can’t imagine a real person would actually give this a five star and say they learned something from this.
It sounds like they just found a random good talker, gave him some redbull and coke and told him to pretend you’re the best salesperson and to sell me on that.
